TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURT RULES:
Only USAPA (United States PickleBall Association) approved 'green zone' paddles may be
used. USAPA approved paddles are available from the on court storage locker for players
who do not have approved paddles. The USAPA approval must be printed on the face
your paddle to be used. We also require all players to to use the new style foam-like balls
from Gamma Sports (supplied) to help reduce the noise annoyance for our owners &
guests who live in close proximity to our courts.
Gamma foam balls bounce & play similar to the standard hard plastic balls but may take a
little getting used to. The new foam-like balls are much quieter and do not 'POP' when hit
during hard play.
Guests can use traditional equipment & balls at Fort Rock Park which provides an
alternative for play other than simply not playing.
You will be asked to leave the court if you play with non USAPA approved paddles or use
the traditional hard plastic balls.
Courts are for Tennis and PickleBall use only. All other activities are prohibited.
COVID protocols & social distancing of guests are required.
USAPA approved paddles & Gamma foam quiet balls only.
No black or dark soled shoes.
No remote controlled toys.
No skateboards or bicycles.
No non-service dogs or emotional support animals allowed.
No climbing of fences.
Protect your property, please keep courts locked at all times. If there is a situation that
cannot be resolved by polite request, please notify the Pool/Tennis Monitor when on
duty, or Duane Liebelt, a resident member of the Quelah Board at Unit 1 across from the
pool or call the Sunriver Police Department.
