Pool, Spa and Tennis Access Rules

QUELAH POOL and TENNIS COURT ACCESS
                                                              SUMMER  2018

The facilities are for the exclusive use of Quelah Owners & Quelah Renters only

                                                                  PRIVATE PROPERTY - NO TRESPASSING

        POOL & TENNIS COURT KEYS:

The Association asks that all owners and guest of owners - personal and rental - use the appropriate key. Attempting to reach over or               climbing on the pool gate to reach over, climbing the pool fence or tennis court fences is not permitted. Unknown persons asking to have           the gate opened for them, should be directed to return to the Quelah Unit where they are staying t obtain their pool key. We understand           that each unit only has one key and that you would, of course, open the gate for your own family members, for instance. However, too           often residents and rental guests at other condo developments and nearby homes have been allowed into the pools and courts without a          key and without question. Other times groups ride up on bikes or in vehicles, expecting to use the pool because "people always opened            the gate for us." Remember, the Quelah pools and tennis courts are for the exclusive use of the Quelah owners and their guests. This also          means that a Quelah rental guest may not invite friends or family staying at another nearby condo or home "to be their guest" at the                Quelah pools and courts. Renters desiring the use of the Quelah facilities should be renting a Quelah Condo. Those choosing to rent                  elsewhere, do have the option of using the SHARC Center or the Sunriver Fitness & Aquatics Club.

       Trespasser’s are subject to prosecution & a fine of $1250 or 90 days (ORS: 161.635 & 164.245)

QUELAH CONDO OWNERS & QUELAH RENTERS POOL & TENNIS COURT ACCESS:

Quelah Renters are not allowed to invite Guests not staying in a Quelah Condo. The Quelah                   Pool and Tennis Courts are Private Property - No Trespassing.

All owners & guests are required to present their Quelah pool key or proper identification to the pool monitor (when on duty) prior to pool        access.        Required sign-in info:(1) names & number of guests staying in the unit, (2) rental unit number, (3) rental agency or owners name. The              Quelah pool monitor will match rental agency or owner name given by guests to Quelah records if no valid Quelah Pool key is presented.           In questionable circumstances the Pool Monitor may request guest or owner identification or contact the rental agency or the owner to           confirm the right to access.

If a person rents both a property outside of the Quelah condos, such as a Skyline condo or other unit and a Quelah condo, only the people        staying in Quelah condo have access.

may reuse their wristbands as they come and go on subsequent days. However, those wristbands must be worn by the owners prior to           pool or spa facility entry. Children under 5 years
of age are not required to wear a wristband.

Oregon law does not permit unaccompanied minors under the age of 14 to be in a pool area without a lifeguard or adult supervision.
There are several units owned by corporations or an LLC that allows it’s employees or guests to use
the unit. Employees or company                guests must have a Quelah key to enter.

Only the owners of a Quelah LLC or Corporation are allowed to have guests. The employees or guests & renters of a family LLC are NOT            ALLOWED to bring their friends.

The Pool Monitor is authorized to call the Sunriver Police Department dispatch at 541-593-1014 for any trespass or rule violations for the           Pool or Tennis Courts that can not be resolved.

Food and Beverages in plastic containers are allowed in the pool, spa and tennis areas. Note: GLASS IS NOT ALLOWED inside the pool             or  spa facility as broken glass closes the pool.

To protect the pool and spa from vandalism and abuse, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE GATE for anyone who is not wearing a Quelah                   wristband or who does not have a Quelah pool key. Trespasser’s are subject to prosecution & a fine of $1250 or 90 days                                    (ORS: 161.6 35 & 164.245)
