QUELAH POOL, SPA and TENNIS ACCESS RULES xQuelah’s facilities are for the exclusive use of Quelah Owners & Renters onlyx
All Owners, Renters and Guests are required to present their Pool Key and sign in with the Pool Monitor for admission. Required info of guests: (1) names & number of guests staying in the unit (2) rental unit # (3) rental agency or owners name. Owners are encouraged to email the Pool Monitor in advance of their guests arrival the names and arrival dates of the guests staying in their unit to ensure guests access. Email to: elitesrvs@yahoo.com . Owner may provide renter a copy of the same to bring with them to the pool. Quelah Pool Monitor will match rental agency or owner name given by guests to Quelah records. In questionable circumstances, the Pool Monitor is authorized to request guest or owner identification ... and/or contact the rental agency or owner to confirm the right to access. The Pool Monitor will call the Sunriver Police Department dispatch at 541-593-1014 for any trespass or rule violations for the Pool, Spa or Tennis Courts that can not be resolved. Trespasser’s are subject to potential prosecution and a maximum fine of $1250. (ORS: 161.635 & 164.245) ___________________________________________________________________Quelah Condo Renters: ● Quelah condo renters are NOT ALLOWED to bring guests to the Quelah pool, spa or tennis courts. ● Only Renters who are confirmed as registered guests with their rental agency or by the Quelah owner will be allowed access . ● If a person who is not a Quelah condo owner rents a Quelah condo for extra family/guests, only the people staying in the Quelah condo have access. ● If a person rents both a property outside of the Quelah condos, such as a Skyline condo and a Quelah condo, only the people staying in Quelah condo have access. ___________________________________________________________________ Quelah Condo Owners: ● Owners are entitled to bring their guests and friends under the following guidelines: (1) A small number of Owner Guests staying outside of Quelah Condos can be admitted only if the Quelah Condo owner is personally present & is staying on property. If an owner is present and wants to vouch in a larger number of guests who are staying outside of Quelah Condos, the Pool Monitor is authorized to let all or part of them in this season on a space available basis at the pool monitors discretion. The pool inspection officer at Deschutes County will provide guidance on occupancy limits for next season. (2) Guests of owners staying in a Quelah Condo, whether the owner is present or not, are allowed admission to the legal occupancy limit of the condo. (3) Under the hotel law and county ordinance, a three bedroom can be rented to 8 and a two bedroom can be rented to 6, plus an unlimited number of children under the age of five. ● When not on property, Owners are encouraged to advise guest names staying in their Quelah condo unit to management in advance. Please email names to: elitesrvs@yahoo.com ● Quelah condo owners are expected to identify themselves by name, present their owner key when signing in with the pool monitor & may be asked to show their identification. ● Owner names given will be confirmed on the Quelah’s Owner List.

Quelah Pool & Spa Rules: ● Non-swimmers and children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool or spa without an adult present. ● Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult their physician before using the spa or pool. ● No person suffering from a communicable disease that is transmittable by water shall use the spa or pool. ● Persons using prescription medications should consult their physician before using the spa or pool. ● No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall use the spa or pool. ● No person should swim or use the spa or pool alone. Anyone do so assumes full responsibility for their own safety. ● Pregnant women should not use the spa or pool without consulting their physician. ● Persons should spend no more than 15 minutes in the spa at any one session. ● No person shall run or engage in horseplay or dive into the pool. The pool is not deep enough for safe diving. ● Water toys are permitted but should only be used in a way that does not interfere with the enjoyment of others. ● No large flotation devices are allowed in the pool. ● No skateboards or bicycles are allowed inside the pool or spa enclosure area. ● Smoking is not permitted within the pool or spa enclosure area. ● All persons are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool or spa. ● Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers. See the pool monitor for a free swim diaper. ● No pets are permitted inside the pool or spa enclosure area at anytime. ● Glass containers are not permitted in the pool or spa area at any time. ___________________________________________________________________
Quelah Tennis Court Rules: Tennis courts are for Quelah condo owners & Quelah rental guests only. No Skyline condo or other access. Be prepared to show your Quelah access key to the Pool Monitor when asked. Protect your property by keeping the courts locked at all times. Please note that the Owners Court is for the exclusive use of Quelah Owners only & not for use by Quelah rental guests.
● No street or black-soled shoes are allowed. ● No pets, bicycles or skateboards are allowed inside the fenced area. ● No glass containers are allowed inside the fenced area. ● Reservations for court time can be made a day in advance by signing up on one of the signup boards at the courts. ● Play is limited to one hour when others are waiting. ● Please be courteous to other players
