New pool, spa and tennis access rules & pool monitors were approved by the AUO Board on June 1st, 2009.

Quelah Pool Monitor(s) will politely ask rental & owners guests to:
(1) Register and fill out the sign-in sheet & show their Quelah pool key. Guests must leave if they do not have a pool key. (2) Quelah renters are not allowed to bring guests with them.
(3) The pool monitor will confirm the guests reservations with the rental agency or the Quelah rental owner specified. Quelah guests who
rent from an Owner directly will have an email from the Owner confirming the guests arrival & departure dates.
(4) Guests with a pool key who are not currently renting with a rental agency will surrender the pool key to the pool monitor.
(5) If guest claims to be a Quelah owner, the pool monitor needs to check their SROA identification and/or confirm on the owners list.
(6) If the guest is asked to leave but does not comply, the pool monitor will call the Sunriver Police Department dispatch
at 541-593-1014 for any trespass, rule breakers, or other unpleasant issues that might arise in the course of the day.
The pool monitor will wear a Quelah Baseball Hat, Quelah Polo Shirt or a “Quelah Pool Monitor” badge
